The rules of the game (how we calculate this)
Team wellbeing is the equally weighted average of energy, manageable workload, motivation, role clarity, and tools/support. Leadership support averages the five Director questions. Overall pulse averages all ten questions. These are descriptive survey indicators, not a clinical wellbeing assessment.
Ratings use the numeric 1–5 values in the exports; higher is interpreted as more positive because all questions are positively worded. The original response-anchor wording was not included. Favorable means ratings of 4 or 5; mixed means 3; unfavorable means 1 or 2.
Changes are differences in average rating from the preceding quarter, measured in points on the same 1–5 scale. For example, 3.5 to 3.8 is an increase of 0.3 points. Q2 has no earlier comparison. No statistical significance is claimed. Completion rates are unavailable because the number invited is unknown. Responses are counted by unique submission, not by network identifiers.
All three assessments belong to FY26, as designated by the team. Quarter labels follow the source files. Responses were submitted in April, July, and October 2026. This is a snapshot of the three uploaded CSV exports, not a live Fillout connection. Q4 remains provisional until a final export is supplied and confirmed complete.
